We will not call a first pass a finished review.
The science archive contains structured notes used to identify relevant claims, interventions, risks, and missing evidence. Every note still carries a human-verification requirement, so the public site reports the queue instead of laundering drafts into authority.

Notes may identify promising implications, but exact claims still need checking against the paper, source version, study design, population, and limitations.

A public evidence review should identify what the study actually measured, distinguish observation from inference, retain uncertainty, and link every substantive claim to a lawful source.

Challenge the map.
Help identify missing literature, wrong classifications, overstated implications, and better questions. Critical correction is part of the product.
